CONCLUSION
This soap dispenser looks good in black and installation is simple. The mounting plate attaches to the wall with the included anchors and screws. Then the dispenser hangs on the plate. Once it is up, it feels stable. There is a window on the front so you can see how much soap is in it. This is helpful for knowing when it needs to be refilled. If the batteries are low, the light will flash while dispensing soap, letting you know when they need to be replaced.
We filled this dispenser with a full 32-ounce bottle of cream soap, and it was able to hold the entire bottle. I like that it holds that much because it means fewer refills.
The auto sensor is pretty sensitive. I recommend turning off the dispenser while you are installing it or you could have a real mess going on. There are five volume settings, but the second one provides more than enough soap. Just a heads-up though. If you fill it with soap and then lay it on its back instead of keeping it upright, it can leak, even with the inside cap on. I had it on its back for a short time to take pictures, and soap started leaking out the back. Not sure how, but it's not completely sealed. Also, if the dispenser isn't used for 15 days, it will automatically run to help prevent clogging. You may want to have a soap tray or something to catch the soap when this happens.
To access the reservoir and batteries, you use the included key. It is a simple plastic push-down style. Pressing it allows the front panel to open so you can refill the soap or change out the four AA batteries. Batteries are not included, but they are easy to install. There's a compartment that you twist and pull out, place the batteries in it, then place the compartment back in and twist it to lock it in.
Another thing to keep in mind is if you are mounting this above a reflective surface like stainless steel or a glass area, make sure there is at least 12 inches of space underneath so the sensor works correctly. If the area is not reflective, you can probably install it with several inches less clearance, but I would still give it some room.
Overall, I think this is a practical and well-designed dispenser. It's easy to install, holds a good amount of soap, and the sensor works well. Just don't tip it over after filling it, and you should be good to go.
I ordered this soap dispenser hoping I could mount it to my coffee machine. This is supposed to be mounted with the sensor being between 8-12 inches above a horizontal surface to work properly. I mounted this 5 inches above a granite countertop and it works fine.
As far as installation goes, I don't love the instructions so I went to the product listing on Amazon and quickly figured it out. I used two long strips of nano tape to secure the clear plastic mounting bracket to my coffee machine. This dispenser has some weight to it so it will need to be secured to something. Hardware is provided but it just wouldn't work for me.
"Everything" is behind the face of the soap dispenser. The provided "key" is used to push down the plastic piece inside so the face can hinge forward exposing the location for the batteries and the power button. After the batteries have been installed, long press the power button until the light turns on. At this point the soap amount can be adjusted. The soap amount needs to be adjusted before the face plate is hinged back into place. Maybe the only negative is that in order to adjust the soap amount the key must be used to access the inside panel of the dispenser.
This soap dispenser holds a lot of soap! It responds immediately to motion placed directly under it. At 5 inches above the granite countertop I can still slide small objects under the dispenser without activating it which is great!
This inexpensive and well-designed automatic hand soap dispenser from AnyDry is ideal for use at the home or office. It has a large tank which can hold up to 34oz of hand soap, so you won't need to worry about frequent refilling. This handy dispenser automatically senses the presence of your hand under the sensor, and immediately deposits an adjustable amount of soap. The no-touch design is very sanitary and helps to prevent the spread of germs. This is the perfect companion for a busy office, a home with multiple kids, or any high-traffic area which requires frequent hand washing. The dispenser is easily installed in minutes using the included wall mount bracket. It has a tamper-resistant lock, and features a clean and unobtrusive design. Power is provided by 4 AA batteries which are stored internally. Very satisfied with this item!
While this dispenser feels a bit lightweight for the price, it actually functions quite well once you figure out the hidden features. There is a single button inside that, depending on whether you tap or hold it, allows you to adjust the volume of the output-I was able to increase the dollop size to exactly what I needed. I installed mine just outside the bathroom door as a passive-aggressive reminder to maintain hygiene after using the facilities. It does the job perfectly.
I really like this automatic soap dispenser. It works well in an office bathroom. It's easy to use, always dispenses when you put your hand under. And it's easy to refill just open the front and pour your soap of choice. You're not obligated to buy specific refills although choose a soap that works well with the dispenser. Its best if the soap isn't too liquid.
Installation and installing batteries is easy and there's instructions provided. It's durable and seems reasonably tamperproof.
Overall, I have no problem recommending this soap dispenser to anyone.
Einfach hervorragend in Funktion.
Pretty easy to install battery last pretty long. This soap dispenser is quite easy to use! The hand washing gel can be easily dispensed! The tank inside is have a decent amount of storage, which I haven't refilled it yet since installed. The quality looks and feels pretty good and I haven't seen any leak or functional issues!
This soap dispenser is great! It's very well built from thick plastics. I'm not sure exactly what the capacity is, but it holds a ton of liquid.. I have it mounted above the utility sink in my garage. And filled with. Liquid hand soap. After using it for approximately three months now. It has held up very well. The dispenser is. Great.. I like. You can adjust the. Volume of soap dispensed. Very easily. The sensor. Is just sensitive enough that it detects. Hands directly under it, but doesn't miss dispense. When moving your hand further away from it.. Installation was a breeze, using the detachable plate and hardware that accompanied it. The plate hangs on the wall and the dispenser hangs on the plate. This solved a huge problem of. The messy. Bar soap. Than I had sitting on the back of the sink. All the time. I recommend this dispenser to anyone looking for something. Based on ease of use. It definitely has a. Professional. Look to it. I chose the black model and it looked great.
product is decent for the price. very easy to install and holds to the wall nicely. the sensor is a bit weird though it picks up my hand just fine but anything that is dark in color it does not sense. i dont think this would last very long in a public setting as you can just walk away with it lol. but i installed mine in the kitchen near the sink for doing dishes and it works pretty well.
